2010 — The Beginning of Our Journey
Where It All Began
Jar Al Bait began its journey in 2010 at Al Rajhi Center in Makkah, establishing its presence in the hospitality industry through hotel reservations, accommodation marketing, and room sales.
During its first six years, the company worked with different hotels and accommodation properties, developing valuable industry relationships and building the foundation for its future growth.
2016 — Our First Hotel
A New Chapter in Hospitality
In 2016, Jar Al Bait reached a significant milestone with the acquisition of its first hotel, officially named Jar Al Bait Hotel.
This marked the company's transition from hotel reservation and marketing services toward hotel ownership and operations, strengthening its position in the hospitality sector.
2017 — A Milestone in Hotel Operations
Expanding Our Operational Expertise
In 2017, Jar Al Bait took on the management and operation of Al Kiswah Towers in Makkah, marking a major step forward in the company's hospitality journey.
With 5,500 rooms and a capacity of 25,500 beds, the project demonstrated Jar Al Bait's ability to handle large-scale hotel operations and accommodation requirements.
2023 — Expanding to Al Qunfudhah
The Launch of Al Jawhara Hotel
In 2023, Jar Al Bait expanded its hospitality portfolio with the establishment of Al Jawhara Hotel in Al Qunfudhah.
This milestone represented another important step in the group's growth, extending its hospitality presence beyond Makkah and creating new opportunities in the regional hotel market.
2026 — A New Era of Growth
The Creation of Oz Park Hotel
In 2026, Jar Al Bait continued its expansion with the creation of Oz Park Hotel in Al Qunfudhah.
The addition of this new property reflects the group's ongoing ambition to develop its hospitality portfolio, strengthen its presence across Saudi Arabia, and create welcoming experiences for a wider range of travellers.
